Testing Containers

Factory-default container images for Ansible testing with Molecule. Added SSH and Python to support automated testing in github ci and local. Mainly use Debian as the primary remote host, but Fedora for local development.

The github ci work has atropied. There are limits on what you can accomplish using the github computers.
